Cutting: Automated and manual cutting ensures flawless precision for every garment component.

Technology Application: We utilize your chosen branding technique—including Sublimation, DTG printing, Screen Printing, or 3D Embroidery—on the cut fabric panels or finished garments.
Quality Checkpoint: All printed and embroidered panels undergo individual inspection for color accuracy, registration, and durability.

Expert Assembly: Garment pieces are meticulously sewn together by our experienced production team, following rigorous stitching standards for strength and finish (e.g., flatlock, lockstitch).
Finishing Details: Essential components like collars, cuffs, zippers, and custom labels are attached precisely as specified.

Multi-Stage Inspection: Every product undergoes a final, comprehensive quality assurance (QA) inspection to check for fit, stitching flaws, fabric consistency, and adherence to your custom specifications.
Finishing Touches: Products are cleaned, pressed, folded, and custom labels/tags (size, wash care, brand tags) are inserted.
Packaging: Garments are professionally packed according to your specific retail or wholesale packaging instructions.

Final Count & Documentation: Orders are finalized, and all necessary shipping documentation is prepared.
