Since GrowthFlow Couture specializes in custom, made-to-order apparel (OEM/ODM), our shipping and returns policies are tailored to large-scale, international custom manufacturing.

✈️ Shipping Information

• Shipping Method: We utilize secure, efficient global logistics partners to ship orders to clients in over 25 countries.

• Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated based on the final shipment weight, volume, destination country, and preferred shipping speed (Air Freight or Sea Freight). These costs are itemized and confirmed during the final invoicing stage.

• Lead Time: Production lead time varies based on the product type, order volume, and complexity of customization. This is confirmed after sample approval. Shipping time is calculated separately once the order is ready to leave our facility in Pakistan.

• Documentation: We handle all necessary export documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination.

🔄 Returns and Replacements Policy (Custom Orders)

Our focus on quality ensures that returns are rare. Due to the bespoke nature of our manufacturing process, the following policies apply:

• Non-Returnable: Generally, custom-manufactured (OEM/ODM) products are non-returnable as they are made specifically to your approved design and specifications.

• Defective or Misaligned Orders: We guarantee that the final product will match the approved final sample and specifications. If an order arrives with manufacturing defects or deviations from the approved specifications (e.g., wrong material, incorrect logo placement, serious structural flaw), we will offer a replacement or credit for the defective items.

• Inspection: Clients are encouraged to inspect goods upon arrival. Claims regarding defects or discrepancies must typically be reported within a short timeframe (usually 7-14 days) after delivery.

• Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
